1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings made through our website are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email.
2. Payments
Clients can choose to pay online during booking or directly to the driver (cash or card). All prices are fixed and include taxes and tolls.
3. Flight Delays and Waiting Time
- Airport Pickups: We monitor flights in real-time. We include 30 minutes of free waiting time from the moment the flight lands.
- Other Pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting time is included.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may be subject to a fee.
5. Luggage and Passengers
Please ensure you select the correct vehicle type for your group and luggage size during booking to ensure a comfortable and safe ride.
